When it comes to your wedding catering here at Fossil Food Catering we like to think outside the box and create something different.

Just simply serving good food is sometimes not enough when it comes to your wedding catering. We want food so delicious that your guests will be talking about your big day for years to come not just for the food but the fun and memories created consuming it.

That is why we have created our new ‘carve your own’ sharing board menus.


Nominate Your 'Chief Carver'

Sharing boards are ever so popular for wedding catering scene due to variety of dishes and enhancing that guest interaction so we wanted to take that to the next level. That is why we created our ‘carve your own’ sharing boards which brings some fun into the wedding breakfast. Your friends and family will be in charge of carving their own food served on our wooden serve boards and carving equipment. We have found this way of serving creates a great buzz and lots of laughs along the way. 

If carving at the table isn't for you the same dishes can be pre-carved in the kitchen by our team of chefs.

Our menus are always changing and evolving based on seasonality produce of our local suppliers and what is growing on our very own land - always inspired by our clients story or event theme. 

Here you will find our 'Carve Your Own' sharing board menus either from previous seasons we have loved creating for our clients or dishes Head Chef Steve loves to cook when hosting friends and family. All collected together here to offer inspiration and a flare of our style. For carving boards we reccomend one large protein on the board in addition to a vegetarian option served alongside 3 side dishes and sauce.
