This is not goodbye, it's see you later...

As they say, all good things have to eventually come to an end.

With the wedding season edging closer and closer, we had to make the unwanted decision to stop creating our feel good burgers in our little ol’ food truck, Fossil On The Road, to allow time to get ourselves ready for a booming season ahead. 

We have both absolutely loved catering for the lovely locals of Lyme Regis throughout the winter lockdown, and adored hearing your heartwarming feedback and kind words. This venture really helped with the mental struggles lockdown provided - to be out and about creating and sharing good times with you all meant the absolute world to us. Whilst everything ground to a halt in other sectors of our lives, we had a focus and for that we will always be grateful! 

We have said it before and we will say it again: food really is a powerful tool. It can bring people together, spread happiness, and serve more than just it’s ‘filling the belly’ purpose. This is why we love what we do!

Thank you to all of you guys who came out through the wind, rain, ice, and very occasional sunshine to support our small business! The plan is to return in the winter months, and maybe have the odd pop up here and there in between. This is not a goodbye, see you later!
